Job Squad is looking for QA Technicians in Broadview & Melrose Park, IL for ALL SHIFTS for our bakery manufacturing partner.
Job Duties:
1. Responsible for meeting all applicable food regulations (international, national, state, and local)
2. Responsible for sampling, testing, and documentation of the procedures, records, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
3. Works to maintain the safety, legality and quality of each food and the processes used in their manufacture.
4. Responsible for meeting and exceeding customer requirements
5. Works to reduce customer/consumer complaints for foods manufactured on site.
1. Reports food safety and quality issues to their supervisor
